Responsibilities include: Answering multiline phone system, general office duties, support to in-house investigators, document storage and filing, postage, scanning, database updating, file processing and more. Must have prior office experience, proficient in MS Office Applications. Salary and Benefits: Commensurate with experience.

Fraud Investigators - Surveillance

Our offices are based in Albany, New York and we maintain a network of several hundred dedicated professionals to assist in all phases of investigation and due-diligence, nationwide. We specialize in assisting firms mitigate losses through careful due-diligence based investigative services.

We have an immediate need for Experienced Insurance Fraud Investigators to conduct insurance fraud and other related investigations throughout various areas of New York State, on a Part-Time and Full0Time basis. The position involves conducting investigations and surveillance on subjects to confirm the existence of fraud. In addition, mobile surveillance including use of covert equipment will be used by candidate.

Investigators with 2+ yrs Experience are preferred, however we will train. Must have reliable transportation, willing to work variable hours and travel a 120 mile radius. Candidates must be proficient in MS Office and able to write cohesive notes and reports concerning investigative findings. In addition, must be able to transmit notes, video and data electronically to Headquarters in Albany, New York.

Compensation is commensurate with experience. Benefits include medical, 401(k), vehicle allowance, and more.
