New Program for
Activity Checks and
Alive & Well Checks
Activity Checks include:
- Fast, easy, inexpensive method to determine if your claimants are active!
- Conduct preliminary search to determine claimant's activity level (covert or overt).
- Investigator will conduct surveillance on a Claimant/residence for a period of up to one hour and then attempt to canvas the area, including attempts to ascertain Claimant activity through neighbors in the area.
- Investigator will obtain a brief video clip of residence/area and any activity secured at that time.

Should investigator develop significant activity, he/she will continue with efforts and contact your offices for further directive on possible continued surveillance.
Alive & Well Checks now include:
- Interview with claimant to determine status including; condition, checks timely, etc.
- Conduct thorough interview and provide completed Alive & Well Questionnaire.
- Up to two (2) attempts to secure interview are made.
